GoldenRelicJewels: Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
At GoldenRelicJewels, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase of our custom-made, handcrafted jewelry. Each piece is a unique creation, made especially for you. If you need to exchange an item or have concerns, please review our policy below.
1. Eligibility for Exchanges/Refunds
We understand that sometimes an exchange is needed. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Time Frame: Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Personalized Items: Items that are custom-made to order are considered personalized products. These specific items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive defective. Please check the product description to see if an item is considered custom-made. If you have a unique circumstance, please contact us to discuss it.
- Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
3. Exchange/Refunds Process
Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria. If approved, we will process your exchange:
- New Item: You will receive the new item(s) as per your request. If there is a price difference, we will charge or refund the difference in store credit.
- Processing Time: Exchanges are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item. You will be emailed confirmation of your store credit or exchange shipment within 7 business days of approval.
4. Shipping Costs
For Customers in the United States:
- Initial Shipping: A flat rate of $25 will be applied to all orders shipped to the United States.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Return Shipping for Refunds: For product returns from the United States, a $25 deduction will be applied to your refund to cover the original shipping and processing fees.
- Store Credit Refunds: Will be issued for the full product value, without any deductions.
For All Other Customers:
- Initial Shipping: Shipping is free on all orders.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Return Shipping for Refunds: For product returns, a €15 deduction will be applied to your refund to cover the original shipping and processing.
- Store Credit Refunds: Will be issued for the full product value, without any deductions.
My Product is Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect. What should I do?
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order carefully upon reception.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at Support@GoldenRelicJewels.com within 2 days of delivery. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging.
We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right. If the error was on our part, we will arrange for a repair or a replacement at no additional cost to you. If a replacement or repair is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Order Cancellations
Due to the speed at which our custom orders enter production, we can only accept cancellation requests within 4 hours of your purchase. After this brief period, the order is considered final and can no longer be cancelled as it will already be in our production queue.
To request a cancellation within this timeframe, please contact us immediately at Support@GoldenRelicJewels.com with the subject line "URGENT CANCELLATION."
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, regulations in the European Union provide a "cooling-off" period. However, please be aware that this right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the event that we are unable to replace or repair a defective or incorrect item that you have received. We do not issue refunds for any other reason. If a refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
When Will I Receive My Credit/Refund?
After the item is received and approved, you will be emailed confirmation of your store credit or processed refund within 7 business days.
Store credit refunds will be issued for the full product value, without any deductions.
For product returns qualifying for a refund (due to defect or inability to replace), the following deductions will be applied to your refund to cover return shipping and processing:
