Order Processing & Production
All of our jewelry is custom-made to order with great care and attention to detail. Our current production time, the time it takes to create your piece, is between 1 to 3 business days. Please note that this does not include shipping time.
If you have a specific deadline, please contact us at goldenrelicjewels@hotmail.com before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following shipping option:
Standard International: Estimated delivery within 3 to 25 business days after production. Please be aware that international shipping times can vary significantly.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
GoldenRelicJewels is pleased to offer a seamless international shopping experience. We handle the prepayment of all customs duties, import taxes on your behalf. The total you see at checkout includes all standard costs
On rare occasions, an unexpected local charge may occur. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. GoldenRelicJewels is not responsible for these charges and will not reimburse them. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential fees before placing your order.
Damages
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Support@GoldenRelicJewels.com with photos of the damage or defect and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
